After a brief return of service earlier, it appears we’re still seeing issues. We’re still in the process of investigating the issue and hope to have things back online very shortly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be.
One of our uplink providers is experiencing an outage that affected us. There are redundant routes in place, but a backup system failed to automatically adjust. Service is now coming back online, however there may continue to be intermittent connection issues for a short period.
